BUDGET The Editor, Advisory Committee, and Consulting Editors serve free of charge. Office space, utilities, and distribution of funds are the charge of the University. Thus, the budget for the project is devoted to careful and meticulous preparation of the articles and desktop publishing. The average annual operational budget for the three-year period 2004-2007 is $950,000. It should be noted that the Editor and the Consulting Editors do not draw any salary, but work free of charge. Budget expenditure is a model of thrift and economy. Each volume takes an average of two years to produce, thus costing over a Million dollars. |
